JC Smith

Hi. I am James (JC) Smith. I grew up as a punk rock kid and skinhead and have been involved in alternative scenes my whole life. I was the wayward child of Christian parents and gave my mother every last one of her grey hairs up until I was saved at 19 years old.

I have now been in the ministry for over 20 years and have worn as many hats as they have, I think. I began ministry as a street preacher, became an armor bearer, then a traveling evangelist, Pastor, church planter and a few other things that they might not have a name for.

I have been involved in everything from the Pentecostal Church your mother warned you about to the Emerging Reformed Church, where I am now.

But whatever I have done, it has always been about my zeal for God and his house. And this is at the very core of all that I preach about and all that we do as a ministry; Soli Deo Gloria, to God be the glory alone.

In case you are just getting to know me, I am a preacher, I preach loud and hard, just like they did in the old days. My messages tend to be a bit raw and to the point and are always a tad fiery. I love to preach my guts out about things that are laying on the heart of God. And I don’t shy away from talking about the tough issues or meeting them head on.

We have seen some incredible miracles over the years as a result of serving a living God who answers prayer. And we have seen churches and regions rocked by God as revival changed people’s hearts and minds.

On a personal note, I have 5 children; Zoe, Morgan, Ty, Che and Molly Kate. I love motorcycles, old books, long talks over coffee and just about anything involving tattoos (which I have two full sleeves of) and anything old school.

So, now you know something about me.

If you are serious about the need of the church to become a threat to the enemy, if you are tired of business as usual, if you long for revival and the glory of God, consider an American Pentecost revival meeting. We take this stuff seriously and are available to come to your town or church for revival meetings and conferences, for a day or for as long as God is moving. That is the most important thing to us; following the cloud and seeing God transform lives.

I am praying for you.
